The apartment complex
Our 40m² studio apartments all have air-conditioning. Each one has 1 fully-equipped shower room, one living room which can also be used as a bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed (Possibility to add an extra bed), a kitchenette with two burner hotplate, microwave, fridge freezer, a covered terrace with garden furniture, wifi ( with participation) connection in your apartment, television, safe, private car park, laundrette. Some of our studio apartments are adjoining and sleep up to four or five people. Some units are specially designed to accommodate disabled visitors. When you leave your accommodation, a magnificent ribbon of wood 100 metres long will lead you over the mangrove lined with mangrove trees, and then you will access the coral beach of fine sand of Fond L'Arion. From the beach, lined with coconut trees and rare tropical essences, you will be able to get a glimpse of the famous Rocher du Diamant (Diamond Rock) as well as the well-known beach Sainte Anne. Our establishment also has a swimming pool with overflow surrounded by ample sunbathing space. The privileged geographical location of the apartment complex makes it an ideal departure point to discover the many other beaches in the south of Martinique, but also to explore the forest of Montravail, 5 kilometres from the centre of Sainte Luce, where it is possible to try sports activities and hiking, and admire the rocks engraved by Caribbean Indians.
